Sample Order
All sample orders are being charged in advance for total value including Shipping & Handling charges. Once a customer placed an order then after it we provide samples free of charge but freight is paid by customer. Samples are mostly produced within one week but it depends on design, quantity and on material.
Order Policies
Freight, Shipping & Handling Charges is depending on Volume of order. MOQ depends upon product style and material, but we assures you that we are very flexbile with MOQ.
All orders are accepted on our given Article Numbers on this website, or on Our Catalogue. Further customers design and counter samples are also produced within very short time frame. Customer specified design is always secret.
Payments Policy
Our policy about payment is ADVANCE PAYMENT or L/C AT SIGHT. Below than USD 5000 is always advance payment to avoid extra charges from both sides. If the payment is more than USD 5000, we can agree on 50% advance and 50% before one week prior to shipping. We also work on Letter of Credit.
Client Privacy
We are always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our clients requirements. So you can forward us your master samples/drawings enabling us to make goods according to your demand or designs.
We always do written agreement with our clients to supply their designed goods only to them.
Warranty
Our Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, in such case product will be repaired or replaced, but some terms & conditions are applied. You have to inform us within 3 to 4 days after receiving the goods with complete details and pictures.
